ACQUISITION D’UN TOP DRIVE ELECTRIQUE

La Compagnie Tunisienne de Forage (CTF) informe que la date limite de remise des offres afférente à l’appel d’offres N°05/2022, relatif à l’acquisition d’un TOP DRIVE électrique a été reportée au Lundi le 19 Décembre 2022 à 12H au lieu du 01 Décembre 2022 à 12H.

La  séance  d’ouverture  des  offres   techniques   et  financières   sera   publique le 20 Décembre 2022 à 14H à la  salle des réunions, 4 ^ème étage, au siège  social sis au 19 rue de l’artisanat Charguia – II, 2035 l’aéroport  Ariana, Tunisie.

SUPPLY OF : 01 High Pressure Control Unit

As the deadline is imminent or on November 10,  2022, the following technical questions are clarified (response in green):

1) « Minimum 1 Electric and 2 air

The cumulative output capacity of the pump systems shall be sufficient to charge the main accumulator system from precharge pressure (1000 psi) to 100 % of the system RWP (3000 psi) within 10 minutes.

 Question: Please kindly advise if “ within 15 minutes” is acceptable. It is within 15 minutes according to API 16D standard. » NO , within 10 minutes

 2) « BOP control line

The outlet piping are intended to be connected to coflexes BOP control line by the HAMMER UNION 1  » FIG 602, Threaded end

 Question: Please kindly advise the length of control line. Please kindly confirm whether armor is required.«  Not requested

Acquisition d’un TOP DRIVE électrique

تعتزم الشركة التونسية للتنقيب إجراء طلب عروض يتعلق بـــ:

Acquisition d’un Top Drive électrique

فعلى الرّاغبيـن فـي المشاركة من مسدي الخدمات المؤهلين، سحب كراسات الشروط مجانا من المقر الاجتماعي للشـركة الكائن بـ 19، نهج الصناعات التقليدية الشرقية II – 2035 أريانة – المطار، إدارة التزود و التسويق، وذلك خلال أوقات العمل العادية او تقديم طلب عن طريق البريد الالكتروني الى العنوان التالي contact@ctf.com.tn  و ذلك للحصول على نسخة الكترونية (من يوم الاثنين إلى يوم الجمعة من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى الساعة الثانية عشر و من الساعة الواحدة إلى الساعة الخامسة مساء).

وقد تمّ تحديد آخر أجل لقبول العروض يوم 01 ديسمبر 2022 على الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا، ويعتمد في ذلك على ختم مكتب الضبط المركزي.

يجب إعداد العروض طبقا لمقتضيات الفصل 09 من كراسات الشروط وتكون كالآتي:

يجب تضمين العرض الفني و العرض المالي في ظرفين منفصلين و مختومين يدرجان في ظرف ثالث خارجي يتضمن إلى جانب العرضين الفني و المالي الوثائق الإدارية و وثيقة الضمان الوقتي، ويجب التنصيص على الظرف الخارجي على عبارة:

« لا يفتح« 

طلب عروض عـدد 05/2022:

إلى السيـد الرئيس المدير العام للشركة التونسية للتنقيب

19 نهج الصناعات التقليدية 2035– الشرقية 2 أريانة المطار، تونس

توجّـه الظروف المحتوية على العروض الفنية و المالية عن طريق البريد مضمون الوصول أو عن طريق البريد السريع أو تسلم مباشرة إلى مكتب الضبط المركزي بالمقر الاجتماعي للشركة التونسية للتنقيب بالعنوان الآنف ذكره مقابل وصل إيــداع.

يجب تقديم العرض طبقا لأحكام الفصل 09 من كراسات الشروطCCA : chapitre I :Passation » «  حيث يحتوي الظرف الخارجي على :

– الوثائق الإدارية و وثيقة الضمان الوقتي

– ظرف « 1  » يحتوي على العرض الفني و جميع ملحقاته.

– ظرف « 2 » يحتوي على العرض المالي و جميع ملحقاته.

تكون جلسة فتح الظروف المالية و الفنية علنيـّة يوم 02 ديسمبر 2022 على السّاعة الثانية بعد الزوال، بقاعة الاجتماعات بالطّابق الرابع، بالمقر الاجتماعي للشركة الكائن بـ19 نهج الصناعات التقليدية 2035 – الشرقية 2 – أريانة المطار تونس.

تقصى آليا العروض الواردة أو المسلّمة بعد آخر أجل لتسليم العروض و الغير متضمنة للضمان المالي الوقتي،

يبقى العارضون ملتزمون بعروضهم لمدة 120 يوما ابتداءا  من اليوم الموالي للأجل الأقصى لتقديم العروض.
